What Smooth provides

Smooth organizes flight status, airport details, airport surface weather, offline briefs, notifications, and calming tools. Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Follow official instructions

Always rely on your airline, airport, pilots, and cabin crew for operational and safety decisions. Smooth does not provide aviation control, medical advice, emergency assistance, or a guarantee about turbulence or flight conditions.

Accounts and devices

Access is tied to the account used to open the site. A saved flight and preferences may sync through that account. Offline briefs are saved separately on each device and can become outdated while disconnected.

Billing mode

When checkout is labeled Sandbox, it does not collect real money. Live checkout is processed by Stripe and displays the amount and billing interval before you pay.

Paid plans

The Flight Pass is a one-time purchase for the selected flight. Unlimited renews annually until canceled. The price and billing interval are shown at checkout. Manage your subscription through the billing portal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape protected data, or use Smooth as the sole source for a safety-critical decision.

Availability

Smooth may change, pause, or discontinue preview features. Internet access is required for new searches, live refreshes, maps, account syncing, and billing.
